The company's primary aim is to reduce suffering and death from lung disease.
Currently company executives are unpaid with all monies employed to finance our
research and development programme. Nevertheless, there is a well-documented,
continuously-growing, global requirement for respiratory aids. We expect to
move to production in three to four years. At that time, we anticipate a large
and expanding market for the Haemair lung. Providing that the development
programme continues successfully, we predict that the Company will be
financially and operationally successful in an international arena.
The Company's finance comes from two sources, private equity – fully paid up –
and grants from the Welsh Assembly Government. In addition to placement of
shares with private investors, the University of Wales at Swansea (where the
initial R & D programme is being run) has been granted share options executable
over a two-year period.

Subject to appropriate regulatory requirements in connection with financial
promotions, we can send you our Business Plan. We are currently issuing a share
tranche that we expect to close in May 2008. Following this tranche, we do not
anticipate further tranches until late 2009 or early 2010, by which time we
expect to have made significant technical advances. Our technical and business
programme has been assessed as suitable for Government support. Additionally,
Haemair Ltd is registered under the UK Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and
under the Corporate Venturing Scheme. Thus, shares in Haemair attract UK Tax
relief both on the share purchase and on capital gains. Haemair shares are also
exempt from UK Inheritance Tax. If you are unfamiliar with EIS you may wish to
check the Revenue and Customs web site, or to seek professional advice.
INVESTMENT WARNING: Investment in private companies such as Haemair carries
high risks as well as the possibility of high rewards. It is consequently very
speculative and you should be aware that no established market exists for the
trading of shares in private companies, and such shares are not easily
realisable. It must be appreciated that there could be difficulty in selling
such investments at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be
difficult to sell them at any price. Accordingly you should consider very
carefully whether such investments are suitable in the light of your
circumstances and commitments and the financial resources available to you.
Engaging in any investment activity may expose you to a significant risk of
losing all of your investment and before investing in Haemair, you are strongly
advised to take advice from a person authorised under the Financial Services
and Markets Act 2000 who specialises in advising on investments of this nature.
